UXG Company was established in 1999, principal directions of activity:

- organization of sports and entertainment events in the sphere of extreme sports and recreation;
- organization and holding of sports events in the sphere of technical and “orthodox” kinds of sports;
- production of professional sports teams and individual sportsmen;
- design, production and installation of facilities for sports purposes, namely: skate-parks, climbing walls, snowboard-parks, and etc;
- production of video-materials and video-products dedicated to various kinds of sports and recreation;
- special video-works (underwater, air, underground, and others) full-service video-production studio;
- organization of entertainment and musical and entertainment events.
